W.Va. judge to speak to Civil Air Patrol cadets
CHARLESTON, W.Va. – West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry is set to speak with Civil Air Patrol cadets about the state’s court system.
Officials say he’ll speak to the group of girls and boys ages 12 to 21 tonight in Charleston.
The Civil Air Patrol Cadet Program includes aerospace education, leadership training, physical fitness and character development.
Cadets compete for academic scholarships and those who become cadet officers may enter the Air Force at a higher rank.
