Neighborhood watch meeting
A Neighborhood Watch meeting is scheduled for the St. Albans residents in Ward 2 at 7 p.m. today at First Presbyterian Church, at the corner of Kanawha Terrace and Pennsylvania Avenue. For information, call Jason Philabaun at 304-767-4874.
Charleston Parks and Recreation Department will sponsor a Nature Camp for kids ages 6 to 11 years. from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 21-25 at Cato Park. Crafts, snacks, a variety of games, nature walks, swimming and more will be featured. There will be local and professional guest speakers. Bring sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, comfortable shoes and a bag lunch. The camp fee is $40 for the five days and space is limited. Pre-registration is required and the deadline is July 15.
