WVU to add about 200 security cameras

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University is soliciting bids for about 200 security cameras.

Dean of students and director of housing Corey Farris tells The Dominion Post that the cameras mainly will monitor residence halls’ entrances and exits.

He says the cameras will add another layer of security.

Bid documents state that Aug. 5 is the deadline for companies to submit bids.
