Two people were injured in a late night shoot-out Tuesday in Clarksburg.

Around midnight, Donald Jordan, 25, of Columbus, Ohio, allegedly shot his uncle, Willie Dukes Jr., 47, and female cousin Durrell Dukes, 27, according to Harrison County Prosecuting Attorney Joe Shaffer.

Both Dukes were in good condition at Ruby Memorial Hospital Wednesday.

Willie Dukes was shot in the abdomen and groin, while Durrell Dukes was hit in the abdomen and bottom.

Jordan was being held at North Central Regional Jail on a wanton endangerment charge on Wednesday.

Police found $4,000, Xanax, crack cocaine and another unidentified pill on Jordan’s person, Shaffer said.
