This weekend, the Alban Arts Center brings to life a beloved fairy tale with its production of “The Legend of Sleeping Beauty,” a family-friendly musical adapted from the Brothers Grimm’s “Briar Rose.” The show, which runs approximately two hours with an intermission, is directed by Jessica Smith and has musical direction by Kenneth Morrison. Rachel Couch (pictured) stars as Princess Elise, and Sara Golden plays the wicked Malicia.
