Sharon George Ina Hall, 78, of Clendenin, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2014 at Braxton County Memorial Hospital, Gassaway, after a short illness.
She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Sharon attended Falling Rock Gospel Tabernacle, Falling Rock. She loved her favorite dog, Lady.
Sharon was the daughter of the late George Edward Jordan and Ruth Harlow Jordan. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Earl Hall Sr., and sister, Jackie Bayless.
Sharon is survived by her sons, Earl Hall Jr. (Tammy) of Milton, Warren Hall (Brenda) of Corton and Mike Hall Sr. (Debra) of Clendenin; daughters, Cindy Woods (Traci) of Cross Lanes, Lindy Carper (Mike) of Clay and Sug Sams (Danny) of Clendenin, where Sharon made her home; sister, Gerry Howell of Michigan; grandchildren, Bobby, Chris, Steven, Toni, Jeremiah, Brandon, Amanda, Mike Jr., Sam, Stephanie, Stacey, Gavin, Erik, Jasmine, Felicia and Danielle; and great-grandchildren, Gracey, Haley, Kyra, Lindsay, Gracie, Makayla, Hannah, Easton, Dakotah and Alex.
Sharon's funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 15, at Matics Funeral Home, Clendenin, with Pastor Keith Monday officiating. Burial will be at King-Mullins Cemetery, Bomont.
