Photo: Loudon Heights Road closed for weeks

Some drivers in the South Hills neighborhood of Charleston will have to find a new way into downtown for the next several weeks. Loudon Heights Road will be closed from the foot of the South Side Bridge to the intersection with Grosscup Road and may remain closed for as long as eight weeks, while workers fix a retaining wall.
