Andy Dick arrested in Huntington

HUNTINGTON -- Comedian Andy Dick, in town for weekend performances at the Funny Bone comedy club, spent several hours Saturday in the West Virginia Western Regional Jail.

Dick is accused of sexually abusing an employee and patron of a Huntington nightclub where he apparently went after his two Friday night shows at the Funny Bone.

this guy has been arrested not once, not twice, but several times for this same type of behavior. Why was he ever hired to "perform" here? Have we no decency or is this the level of "entertainment" we want?

He's got issues... I agree with jb2resWV, those boys should have shown him how good ole' WV boys handle that kind of unwelcome behavior. Send him to Cabin Creek for a show next time.

Why didn't the men who had their "privates" touched just show mr.dick how WV citizens treat unwelcomed behavior and just let em have it in the chops? Mr. Dick would have gotten the message without all the controversy that this will undoubedly generate.

You know this arrest and charges on Andy Dick will be on the tv liberal talk shows such as Letterman, and Kimble etc. They will "bash" the citizens of West Va, as backward trash, not educated,marry the cousins, drive pickup trucks and have a US senator that once was a Klux Klansman. All to justify Andy Dicks actions.

I wonder if Andy Dick knew that hollywoods Billy Crystal was a student a Marshall College (then) University now ?

Sadly, or perhaps not, this sad sacks name says it all. I am willing to let each have at their own. Generally speaking, what you do in your home is your own business. What you do in the public venue is the publics interest. I personally have found Mr Dick disgusting for years. Hope this recent incident convinces Mr Dick to take it elsewhere. Surely even the most liberal of us cannot or willnot condone that perversion here?

Actually, it is somewhat "Breaking News" due to the fact that he is fairly famous & this isn't the first time that he has been arrested for this behavior. In 2008, he was arrested for exposing himself & groping a 17 year old girl. He plead guilty to a lesser charge & was given 3 years probation. So, this could very well send him to jail for a while.
