Workers prepare the Interstate 64-77 bridge over Greenbrier Street in Charleston for painting on Wednesday. Crews from Titan Industrial Services of Baltimore power washed the bridge and will paint the structure. Division of Highways workers tested the paint’s adhesiveness.
