West Virginia business owners have a couple of extra days to file their annual reports and avoid late fees with the West Virginia Secretary of State's office.
The reports were originally due Monday, but business owners can now pay by Wednesday to avoid a $50 late fee.

All 117,000 for-profit, charity and nonprofit entities in West Virginia must file the annual report, which costs $25.
