The YWCA Women of Achievement Luncheon was in the Grand Ballroom of the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center on Friday, Feb. 24. The 2023 Women of Achievement honorees were Dr. Tracy Wilkerson, Karen Williams, Debby Weinstein and Chanel Hunt.
