After more than three years, the 4,000-pound chandelier has returned to its home inside the Capitol Rotunda. It was removed in February 2018 while the Capitol dome underwent repair and renovation work. On Wednesday, Keith Campbell Jr. (left) attaches the final connector to one of the Czechoslovakian crystal panels that make up the shell of the chandelier. Keith Campbell Sr., who owns the New Hampshire-based Acu-Bright chandelier cleaning restoration company that cleaned, rewired and stored the fixture, holds the panel in place.
