Kanawha grand jury indicts 96

 

Kanawha County Prosecuting Attorney Charles Miller announced Wednesday that a grand jury returned indictments against 96 defendants.

An indictment is not a finding of fact. It means only that enough probable cause exists to warrant a jury trial.
