DOUGLAS LEROY MERICAL, 77, of Millwood, WV, passed away February 21, 2021. Service will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, February 24, at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV. Burial will follow in the Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville, WV. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until time of service.
