Warren Buffet has proposed a Negative Income Tax paid monthly rather than a raise as a solution to the problem of slow wage growth. This would work if those who have upscale lifestyles as a result of paying low wages, and those who benefit from increased stock prices as the result of underpaid workers, were taxed to pay for the supplemental income.

The Democrats whined about Russia collusion for two years and now that the Mueller report says that never happened they will whine for the next two years about obstruction, which Mueller could not prove one way or the other.

Good luck with your search for a party to believe in. There ain’t no such thing, Jack!

I think the state Legislature should impeach Secretary of State Mac Warner for costing the taxpayers million of dollars. You let the other go because of the money spent wrong. Who does he know?

I live on the 1500 block of the East End. In 2018, cushions and other things were stolen from my front porch and my vehicle was illegally entered and items inside were stolen. All of these events occurred on Sunday nights. Please do not tell me there is no connection to the Trinity Lutheran Church free meals for these criminal mobiles. I also note that nearly all of the parishioners and the pastor do not live on the East End. If you want to feed the hungry, why not deliver the meals to another location?

I agree that Electoral College needs to be abolished. If not, there is no reason for me to go vote.

One item redacted from Mueller’s report is any data on how much fake news or political spin is needed to sway the opinions of typical American voters. For instance AG Barr delayed release of the Mueller report by weeks and filled the void with a series of incomplete or misleading substitutes. How much has this influenced your neighbor’s opinion?

I love the extra wide center lane on I-64 West near the Winfield exits. It reminds me of the Seinfeld episode when Kramer adopts a section of highway and wants to have extra wide lanes.
