The team of Huntington’s Steve Fox and Milton’s Noah Mullens took the first-day lead Saturday in the West Virginia Golf Association Four-Ball Championship at the Resort at Glade Springs.

Fox and Mullens combined for an 11-under-par 61 as they took a one-shot lead over the team of Pat Carter and Sam O’Dell.

The leaders are scheduled to tee off about 12:30 p.m. in Sunday’s final round.
