West Virginia junior receiver David Sills was named to the Walter Camp Football Foundation All-America second team, as announced by the organization Thursday at the ESPN College Football Awards Show.

Sills, the 21st Mountaineer player to be named to Walter Camp’s All-America team, also has been named to SI.com’s All-America First Team and is a second-team selection by SBNation. He becomes WVU’s 36th All-American selection since 2002 and 101st overall.

A finalist for the Biletnikoff Award, given to the nation’s top receiver, Sills leads the nation in touchdown receptions with 18. He also finished the regular season with 60 catches for 980 yards, averaging 16.3 yards per catch, with a long of 75 yards. He finished with 100 or more yards in four games and had seven multiple-touchdown games.

West Virginia finished with a 7-5 mark during the regular season and faces Utah in the Zaxby’s Heart of Dallas Bowl on Tuesday, December 26, at 1:30 p.m. The game will be televised on ESPN.
